Join us for the CACNY Leadership Summit 2026!
Through engaging workshops, a leadership panel focused on staying grounded in a field shaped by ongoing change, and a closing mix & mingle, we will:
Create space for honest conversations about burnout, sustainability, and leadership in our field
Strengthen connections across college access, success, and higher education professionals at all career stages
Share practical strategies for leading with intention, visibility, and impact—without sacrificing personal well-being
This year’s summit centers on stepping “in front of the desk”—reclaiming our voice, presence, and leadership in a field shaped by constant change.
The Leadership Summit is open to CACNY members and the registration fee of $10 to be paid upon registration. The cost includes all workshops and a light breakfast. The event will be capped at 50 participants, so register today!

By March 11th, members on the waitlist will begin to be notified if a spot has become available.
A government-issued photo ID is required for check-in to St. Francis College.
